From the green soul to the gastronomic hearth, Cascina Graziosa is an experience to be lived and to be enjoyed. With about sixty seats and with the possibility to dine on the terrace, it is the ideal place for WORKING LUNCHES, intimate, convivial and business dinners, ceremonies, agri-birthdays and private parties in general. Homemade pasta and desserts, combining unrefined flours with fresh eggs. Fruits and vegetables, healthy, all seasoned, healthy, with the same flavor of the agriturism, so that they can reach the height of taste and nutritional value. From the small internal pig breeding, the sausages and cold meats are served, while the meat (beef, pork, donkey, sheep, pollen, etc ...) is purchased by local farmers and belonging only to the ethical chain. Red and white self-produced wine can be ordered à la carte with Lombard and Venetian wine cellars. The cuisine is inspired by the tradition of Brescia and Mantua, with some revisiting flavors and digestibility and culinary proposals for all, including vegans. Dishes of land and lake in continuous rotation, with specialties such as COSTATA and DONKEY’S RIB (it is specified that donkeys on the farm are not intended for gastronomic use).
